At GR BARBERSHOP LLC, we stand behind the quality of our premium grooming products. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible products. However, due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, certain conditions and restrictions apply. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, ALL of the following conditions must be met:

✓ Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date
✓ Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
✓ Product must be in resalable condition
✓ Original tags, seals, and labels must be intact
✓ You must provide proof of purchase (order number and receipt)
✓ Product must not be on the non-returnable list (see below)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for return or refund:

• Opened skincare products (serums, moisturizers, cleansers, creams)
• Opened supplements (gummies, vitamins, ingestibles)
• Opened beard care products (oils, balms, grooming products)
• Opened body care products (body wash, lotions)
• Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
• Used or partially used products
• Products without original packaging
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
• Gift cards or digital products
• Custom or personalized items

HEALTH & SAFETY: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened personal care, skincare, or supplement products.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

1. Contact us at hello@grbarbershop.com within 30 days of delivery
2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product
3. Wait for return authorization (RMA number) - DO NOT ship without authorization
4. Pack the item securely in original packaging
5. Ship to the address provided in your RMA email
6. Provide tracking number once shipped

IMPORTANT: Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused and returned to sender at your expense.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

DOMESTIC RETURNS (United States):
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method
• Return shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE
• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
• Customer is responsible for ALL return shipping costs
• Customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during return
• International return shipping is expensive - we recommend contacting us first to discuss options
• Returns may take 4-8 weeks to process due to international transit times

RESTOCKING FEE

A 20% restocking fee applies to ALL approved returns, except in cases of:
• Defective products (manufacturer defect)
• Wrong item shipped (our error)
• Damaged products (damage occurred before delivery)

Restocking Fee Calculation:
Refund Amount = (Product Price) - (20% Restocking Fee) - (Original Shipping Cost)

Example: $100 product with $10 shipping
Refund = $100 - $20 (restocking) - $10 (shipping) = $70

REFUND PROCESSING

TIMELINE:
• Domestic returns: 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the item
• International returns: 14-21 business days after we receive and inspect the item

REFUND METHOD:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
• We cannot issue refunds to different payment methods or accounts
• Credit card refunds may take 5-10 additional business days to appear on your statement

INSPECTION:
• All returned items are inspected upon receipt
• Items that do not meet return eligibility criteria will be refused
• Refused returns may be shipped back to you at your expense or disposed of

EXCHANGES

We do NOT offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product:
1. Return the original item following our return process
2. Place a new order for the desired product
3. This ensures faster processing and availability

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

1. Contact us at hello@grbarbershop.com within 48 hours of delivery
2. Provide your order number and clear photos showing:
   - The damaged/defective product
   - The product packaging
   - The shipping box (if damaged)
3. DO NOT discard packaging or products until claim is resolved
4. We will provide a prepaid return label for defective items
5. Replacement or full refund will be issued (your choice)

IMPORTANT: Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours. Claims reported after 48 hours will be processed as standard returns (subject to restocking fee).

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you receive the wrong product:

1. Contact us at hello@grbarbershop.com within 7 days of delivery
2. Provide photos of the item received and the shipping label
3. DO NOT open or use the product
4. We will provide a prepaid return label
5. Correct item will be shipped at no additional cost

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - SPECIAL CONDITIONS

CUSTOMS REJECTIONS:
If your international order is rejected, refused, or returned by customs:
• NO REFUND will be issued for shipping costs
• Product refund (if applicable) will only be processed after the package is returned to our facility
• 20% restocking fee applies
• Any customs fees paid by GR BARBERSHOP LLC will be deducted from your refund

REFUSED DELIVERY:
If you refuse delivery of an international order:
• NO REFUND for shipping costs (original + return)
• 20% restocking fee applies
• Any customs duties or fees are non-refundable

UNPAID CUSTOMS FEES:
If your package is returned because you refused to pay customs duties/taxes:
• NO REFUND for shipping costs
• 20% restocking fee applies
• This is considered a refused delivery

PROCESSING TIME REFUNDS

Orders are processed within 5-9 business days. Once processing begins, orders CANNOT be canceled.

CANCELLATION REQUESTS:
• Must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement
• Email hello@grbarbershop.com with "CANCEL ORDER" in subject line
• Include order number
• If processing has begun, cancellation is not possible
• Cancellation fee of 5% may apply to cover payment processing costs

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

IMPORTANT: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in:
• Permanent ban from future purchases
• Legal action to recover costs
• Reporting to fraud prevention databases

If you have an issue with your order:

2. We will work with you to resolve the issue
3. Most issues can be resolved within 24-48 hours

Filing a fraudulent chargeback is illegal and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

FREE SHIPPING ORDERS

If you received free shipping (orders $250+) and return part of your order:
• If remaining order total falls below $250, original shipping cost will be deducted from refund
• Example: $300 order (free shipping, normally $20) - return $100 item = $200 remaining
• Refund: $100 - $20 (restocking) - $20 (shipping cost) = $60

PARTIAL REFUNDS

Partial refunds may be granted (without requiring a return) in cases of:
• Minor product defects that don't affect functionality
• Missing accessories (not the main product)
• Packaging damage (product intact)

Partial refund amounts are determined at our sole discretion.

LOST PACKAGES

PACKAGES MARKED AS DELIVERED:
• We are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier
• Check with neighbors, building management, and household members
• Wait 48 hours before contacting us
• Claims must be filed within 7 days of "delivered" date
• We will assist with carrier investigation but cannot guarantee resolution

STOLEN PACKAGES:
• GR BARBERSHOP LLC is not responsible for stolen packages
• File a police report and contact the carrier
• We may assist with insurance claims on a case-by-case basis
• No refunds guaranteed for stolen packages

REFUND EXCEPTIONS

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:
• Suspected fraud or abuse of return policy
• Multiple returns from the same customer
• Products returned in unsellable condition
• Products returned without authorization
