SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to select countries in North America, Europe, and Australia. Available shipping destinations are displayed at checkout based on your location.

IMPORTANT: If your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship to your location at this time. We are continuously working to expand our shipping capabilities.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

PROCESSING TIME: Orders are processed within 5-9 business days before shipment. This time is required for quality control, product preparation, and fulfillment coordination with our premium suppliers.

DELIVERY TIMES (after processing):
• Domestic (United States): 2-5 business days
• North America (Canada): 5-14 business days
• Europe: 5-14 business days
• Australia & Oceania: 7-22 business days

TOTAL DELIVERY TIME = Processing Time (5-9 days) + Shipping Time

Example: A domestic order may take 7-14 days total (5-9 days processing + 2-5 days shipping).
Example: An international order may take 12-31 days total (5-9 days processing + 7-22 days shipping).

IMPORTANT: Delivery times are estimates only and NOT guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, high-volume periods, or other factors beyond our control. GR BARBERSHOP LLC is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties, shipping carriers, or customs authorities.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected delivery method. We offer three premium delivery options:

• Precision Delivery: Standard shipping (most economical)
• Signature Delivery: Enhanced shipping (recommended)
• Master Express/International: Premium expedited shipping (fastest available)

FREE SHIPPING: Automatically applied to orders of $250.00 USD or more (before taxes). Free shipping applies to standard delivery methods only. Expedited shipping options may require additional payment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - CRITICAL INFORMATION

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED DELIVERED DUTY UNPAID (DDU). This means:

✓ YOU (the customer) are SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for paying all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by your country's customs authority upon delivery.

✓ These fees are NOT INCLUDED in your order total, product price, or shipping cost displayed at checkout.

✓ Fees vary significantly by country, product type, and declared value. They are determined exclusively by your local customs authority.

✓ GR BARBERSHOP LLC has NO CONTROL over these fees, cannot predict the exact amount, and cannot pay them on your behalf.

✓ Failure to pay customs fees will result in your package being returned, refused, or destroyed by customs. See "Customs Rejections" below.

UNITED KINGDOM ORDERS - EORI REQUIREMENT

ALL SHIPMENTS TO THE UK REQUIRE A VALID EORI NUMBER (Economic Operators Registration and Identification).

• You must provide your EORI number at checkout or via email immediately after ordering
• Orders without a valid EORI number will be held by customs and may be returned to sender
• GR BARBERSHOP LLC is not responsible for delays or returns due to missing EORI numbers
• No refunds will be issued for orders returned due to missing EORI information

CUSTOMS REJECTIONS - NO REFUND POLICY

CRITICAL: If your international order is rejected, refused, seized, destroyed, or returned by customs authorities for ANY reason, including but not limited to:
• Unpaid or refused customs duties/taxes
• Restricted or prohibited products in your country
• Incomplete, incorrect, or missing customs documentation
• Refusal to accept delivery
• Missing EORI number (UK)
• Customs inspection holds
• Import permit requirements not met

YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND FOR SHIPPING COSTS.

Product refunds (if applicable) will only be processed once the package is physically returned to our facility, and will be subject to:
• 20% restocking fee
• Deduction of all shipping costs (original + return)
• Deduction of any customs fees incurred by GR BARBERSHOP LLC

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• Researching and understanding your country's import laws and restrictions
• Ensuring all products can be legally imported to your country
• Providing complete and accurate customs information
• Paying all required duties, taxes, and fees promptly
• Understanding your country's prohibited and restricted items list
• Obtaining any required import permits or licenses

GR BARBERSHOP LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• Orders rejected, delayed, seized, or destroyed by customs
• Your country's import restrictions, regulations, or prohibited items
• Incorrect or incomplete customs documentation provided by you
• Refusal to pay customs fees or accept delivery
• Customs inspection delays or holds
• Changes in customs regulations or duty rates

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active and update.

TRACKING ISSUES: If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days (domestic) or 15+ business days (international), contact us at hello@grbarbershop.com. We will investigate with our shipping partners. However, we cannot guarantee resolution of carrier or customs delays.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

LOST PACKAGES

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive your package:
1. Check with neighbors, building management, mailroom, or household members
2. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation email
3. Check all possible delivery locations (front door, back door, garage, mailbox)
4. Wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes mark packages as "delivered" prematurely)
5. Contact us at hello@grbarbershop.com within 7 days of the "delivered" date

IMPORTANT: We are NOT responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier. Once a carrier confirms delivery, the package is considered received. Claims for lost packages must be filed within 7 days of the "delivered" date. After 7 days, no claims will be accepted.

STOLEN PACKAGES: GR BARBERSHOP LLC is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery. We recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring a signature for high-value orders.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives visibly damaged:
1. DO NOT DISCARD the packaging or shipping materials
2. Take clear photos of the damaged box, shipping label, and products
3. Contact us at hello@grbarbershop.com within 48 hours of delivery
4. Provide your order number, photos, and description of damage
5. We will work with you to file a claim and resolve the issue

Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours. Claims reported after 48 hours will not be accepted.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for providing a correct, complete, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.

If you provide an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address:
• We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, returned, or undelivered packages
• You will be charged the full cost of re-shipping to the correct address
• NO REFUNDS will be issued for packages returned due to address errors
• Returned packages are subject to a 20% restocking fee

ADDRESS CHANGES: Must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing hello@grbarbershop.com. Once your order enters processing (typically within 24-48 hours), addresses CANNOT be changed.

VERIFY YOUR ADDRESS: Double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Ensure it includes:
• Full name
• Complete street address
• Apartment/unit number (if applicable)
• City, State/Province, ZIP/Postal Code
• Country
• Phone number

REFUSED DELIVERIES

If you refuse delivery of your order for any reason:
• You will be charged a 20% restocking fee
• ALL shipping costs (original outbound + return) are NON-REFUNDABLE
• Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund
• International orders: customs fees and duties are non-refundable

Refund will be: (Product Price) - (20% Restocking Fee) - (All Shipping Costs) - (Any Customs Fees Paid)

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete address provided by you
• Refusal to pay customs fees or duties
• Multiple failed delivery attempts (customer unavailable)
• Refusal of delivery by customer
• Unclaimed package at carrier facility
• Invalid or non-existent address

YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND FOR SHIPPING COSTS.

Product refunds will only be issued once the package is physically returned to our facility and inspected. Refunds are subject to:
• 20% restocking fee
• Deduction of all shipping costs
• Deduction of any fees incurred by GR BARBERSHOP LLC

Processing time for returned package refunds: 10-15 business days after receipt.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Certain locations may have shipping restrictions based on carrier availability, customs regulations, or other factors. If your location is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship to your address at this time.

We cannot ship to:
• P.O. Boxes (for certain products requiring signature)
• Freight forwarders or package forwarding services

Orders placed to restricted locations will be automatically canceled and refunded (minus a 5% processing fee).

Carrier selection is determined by destination, package size, and delivery speed. You cannot request a specific carrier.

FORCE MAJEURE

GR BARBERSHOP LLC is NOT LIABLE for delays, failures, or inability to perform delivery obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters (hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, fires)
• Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
• Government actions, regulations, or restrictions
• Labor strikes or disputes
• Carrier delays, disruptions, or service failures
• Customs delays, inspections, or holds
• War, terrorism, or civil unrest
• Severe weather conditions
• Transportation disruptions
• Any other force majeure events

In such cases, delivery times may be extended indefinitely, and we are not responsible for any resulting damages or losses.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY for any shipping-related claim, loss, damage, or delay is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in your order (excluding shipping costs, taxes, and fees).

• Consequential damages
• Indirect damages
• Incidental damages
• Lost profits or business opportunities
• Emotional distress
• Punitive damages
• Any damages exceeding the product purchase price

SUPPLEMENTS & SERUMS: Temperature-sensitive products are shipped with appropriate packaging. However, we are not responsible for product degradation due to extreme weather conditions during transit or delivery delays.

SKINCARE & COSMETICS: Products containing liquids or aerosols may be subject to additional shipping restrictions or carrier requirements.
